Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson are saying goodbye to the Malibu mansion that they’ve called home for the past year.

It was reported that Chris purchased the home for $12.5 million just 14 months ago and now he has sold the house for $14.4 million, earning a huge sum of $1.9 million on the sale.

The one-acre property includes a 5,300 square foot main house and a detached guesthouse. The home features five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a home theater, a two-story living and dining room combo, an outdoor kitchen, a firepit, a pool, a raised spa, and a two-story guesthouse with its own kitchen and lounge area.

Chris has reportedly purchased another house just blocks away from the old one. This one was purchased for $14 million and features a smaller footprint at 3,500 square feet, though the lot is larger and more private, according to Dirt.com.
