Nairovich’s father played a pivotal role in shaping his life’s trajectory. Born in a small village in Georgia, at the age of three, his father relocated the family to Russia in search of better opportunities.

Recognizing that Russia offered more pathways for athletic pursuits and quality education, his father made the significant move.

Despite the geographical shift, the athlete maintains a profound connection with his roots, regularly visiting Georgia to spend time with his grandparents.

Reflecting on his father’s challenges, Nairovich shared that his father aspired to become a wrestler but faced limited opportunities in their hometown.

Developing an early interest in sports, the mixed martial artist commenced his journey with karate and football, eventually immersing himself in hockey for about 9-10 years.

While professional success eluded him in hockey, Nairovich decided to leave the sport and join his father in the construction industry.

However, realizing that his true passion lay elsewhere, he took a courageous step to leave his job and delve into mixed martial arts (MMA). Fortunately, his bold move proved successful, and he has been actively engaged in the sport ever since.

Fueled by his love for MMA, Tsarukyan aspires to become the best lightweight in the UFC, demonstrating his dedication and commitment to the sport.
