Megan Fox, who is 32 years old, shocked her fans when she posted a picture of herself wearing a neon green Jacquemus suit and a matching bag with bare heels.

Her photo of the group wasn’t as surprising as the caption that went with it. The star of “Transformers” wrote, “I don’t exercise. God would have put diamonds on the floor if he wanted me to bend over.” Some of Joan Rivers’s fans have questioned Fox’s “claim,” so it might not have been the best idea to quote her.

People have talked at length about how Fox works out. She eats a five-part meal every day, six days a week, as part of a strict diet and exercise plan. She also does “bursts of cardio” and intense circuit training as part of her five-factor workouts.

Circuit training includes high-intensity aerobics, resistance training, and circuit-style exercises that focus on building muscle endurance and strength. When you’ve done all the exercises in the program, you can say that one “circuit” is over. When one circuit is done, the first exercise is done again for the next circuit. Fox works out three times a week, and two of those times are “really hard.” She also lifts heavy weights as a way to stay in shape.

In an interview with People, her personal trainer Harley Pasternak said, “Her workout has five parts: a minimum five-minute cardio warm-up, a lower body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, an abdominal sculpting exercise, and a five-minute cooldown.” Megan Fox worked out and stayed consistent even when she was pregnant. Her workout after giving birth was the same as the one she did before she had the baby. “Because she was so fit when she gave birth, it was easier, and she was able to get medical clearance to come back and keep working out pretty quickly,” Harley said.

Fans had different thoughts about what Fox wrote in the caption of her post, though. Some of the things people said about her post were, “Cute pic. “This is how she looks, and she says she doesn’t work out. Sad that we all can’t just be honest.” and “Girl, don’t lie ??‍♀” Others saw the funny side of the caption and said that Fox was “amazing” for “slaying in that outfit!”

Megan showed off her toned abs at the concert in Los Angeles that her boyfriend was in. She wore a brightly colored outfit. The actress has been with Machine Gun Kelly for more than two years, and whenever they go out in public, they are always style icons. The next movies she will be in are “Big Gold Brick,” a comedy-drama by Brian Petsos, and “Johnny & Clyde,” a thriller. She has won four Teen Choice Awards and two Scream Awards in the past.
